Aspermont Launches New Event Series: "The Future of Mining" (FOM)

• Launch of new Future of Mining (FOM) Event Series in Sydney 14 -15th May

"We sold our 60% share in Mines and Money last May, built our own new Events team and will now launch our first new event series, ‘Future of Mining', withinfluential sponsors and speakers next month. We expect the Future of Mining series to develop in a number of geographies and are already planning for the second event in USA later this year.

To be able to launch a major new event, in less than a year, testifies to the quality of personnel in our new events team who will be present in Sydney. Our sponsors and speakers also directly reflect the strength of our publishing brands which serve the global METS market.

After several years in which revenue has declined and last year recovered, Aspermont is on course to report strong topline performance this year across all its revenue classes. We will launch two further events series this year and I look forward to updating the market on our progress."
