Aspermont Limited today announced that it has reached an agreement to fully acquire Sydney-based Waste Management and Environment Media (WME Media). Aspermont previously held a 30 per cent interest in the company. The acquisition, which comes into effect from 10th January 2012, is the result of a six-year relationship with this leading environmental business publisher.
