John Stark
Director

Mr Stark joined the board in 2002. Mr Stark is an experience business manager with extensive commercial and investment experience.

Lewis Cross
Director

Mr Cross joined the board in 2000. Mr Cross is a Certified Practising Accountant and principal of the professional services firm Crosscorp Accounting which has been established for over 25 years. Mr Cross holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

Henry Thong

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr Thong is a Certified Practising Accountant (Fellow) with over 17 years of experience in the profession and commerce. He has worked across various industries including financial services, insurance and utilities. He has held senior roles in commerce and brings to the company added capability in strategy, commercial and financial management. Mr Thong holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration.

Colm O'Brien
Chief Executive Officer

Mr O’Brien has over 12 years combined experience in international banking, management consultancy and publishing. He has consulted across numerous industries including financial services, FMCG, utilities and publishing. Mr O’Brien brings strong strategic capabilities to the company and continues to implement a strategy of sustained growth for all aspects of the business. Mr O’Brien holds a Bachelor of Law degree and is a member of FINSIA.

Chris Bond
Chief Operating Officer

Mr Bond has over 25 years of people and process management experience, and for the past 15 years has held senior management roles with national and listed companies in the areas of sales, customer service, logistics and operations. Mr Bond has 5years publishing experience with Aspermont and has been instrumental in bringing about the operational and commercial growth of the company, seeing it lift from 30+ staff to now over 90+ staff and 20 titles. Mr Bond brings strong operational, strategic and human resource skills to the company.
