Sales Executive/Account Manager
The key objective of the role is to over achieve in relationship selling face to face & on the phone.
The purpose of this role will be to sell & provide sales account management across multiple media products (online, print and conferencing), manage and build an established successful portfolio, research & evaluate and present new business proposals to key accounts in the defined industry sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting client needs and prospecting new business.
- Selling online, print & other advertising products to new and existing clients.
- Maintenance of relevant client information in database.
- Ongoing client liaison, meetings and events.
- Reporting into Management on sales performances and tracking.
Face to Face client meetings will occur on occasion, although this role is predominately telephone based. Therefore, it is essential that you are comfortable with communicating on the telephone.
To be considered for this role, it is essential & preferred that you are:
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team environment.
- Able to present new creative ideas and key account sales proposals.
- Capable of working towards & achieving monthly targets.
- Additional & preferred experience in advertising sales, mining and/or construction industries is a bonus, and the willingness to grow with the business and be coached along by offering ideas.
