Mr Bond has over 25 years of people and process management experience, and for the past 20 years has held senior management roles with international and listed companies in the areas of sales, customer service, logistics and operations. Mr Bond has over 6 years publishing experience with Aspermont and has been instrumental in bringing about the operational and commercial growth of the company, seeing it lift from 30+ staff to now over 100+ staff and 20+ titles. Mr Bond brings strong operational, strategic and human resource skills to the company.

Mark Davies
Group Strategy and Consulting

Mr Davies has a significant amount of varied knowledge and experience, having worked for over 16 years in financial services across a series of international environments. His extensive roles have included numerous senior management positions in a number of key areas, including operations, strategy and various large scale business projects. Mr Davies brings strong integration and strategic input to the group.

Colm O'Brien
Chief Executive Officer, Group

Mr O'Brien has over 12 years combined experience in international banking, management consultancy and publishing. He has consulted across numerous industries including financial services, FMCG, utilities and publishing. Mr O'Brien has brought strong strategic and management capabilities to the company since joining in 2005 and and continues to implement a strategy of sustained growth for all aspects of the business. Mr O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Law degree and is a member of FINSIA and ACID.

John Detwiler
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr Detwiler is a Certified Practising Accountant with more than 25 years of financial and corporate accounting experience at private and listed international companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has worked in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Silicon Valley and Australia across a variety of industries, includingoil and gas, financial services, high-tech manufacturing, software development and industrial services. Mr Detwiler brings strong operational, international and strategic skills to the company. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Financial Executive International.

Chris Hinde
Editorial Director Aspermont UK

Mr Hinde qualified as a mining engineer with a BSc and PhD and worked for several years in mining company and consultancy roles in South Africa, Botswana, Malaysia and Turkey working in the gold, diamonds, barite and coal sectors. He made the career change to journalism with Mining Journal in 1984, and apart from a year in stockbroking has led editorial teams producing several of the world's leading global mining titles ever since.

David Nizol
Chief Executive Officer Aspermont UK

Mr Nizol has held senior management positions with several of the major publishing companies in the United Kingdom. After starting as a graduate trainee on the Birmingham Post and Mail Ltd, he rose to become managing director of EMAP Unique, and subsequently managing director of local newspapers and contract publications for the Johnston Press Group. He led Highbury House Communications Plc through a period of intense change and growth as publishing director and then chief operating officer before joining Mining Communications as Chief Executive Officer in 2005.
